The King of Urtis is the main antagonist of the Tales of Runeterra cinematic After Glory.
His voice actor is currently undisclosed.
What Makes Him Despicable?[]
- He ruled Urtis as a tyrant, forcing his people to battle for his sake even if it cost them their lives, as well as enabling slavery in the kingdom.
- When the Noxian forces entered his throne room, he commanded his soldiers to attack, but only to protect himself rather than the kingdom.
- He showed no concern when one of his soldiers had his head nearly crushed by Captain Farron.
- When the slave girl Erszi stopped Farron from burning his crown and returned it to him, he showed no gratitude towards her due to being a slave, before snatching it and boasting to Darius about how the "gods" returned the crown to him without giving her any credit.
- Even when Darius gave him the chance to surrender his kingdom before any more lives could be lost, he refused because he wanted the kingdom to be his and held no concern for his citizens' lives.
- He demanded Erszi to face the Noxians and die for his sake, before yelling at her to go, making Erszi stand up to him after refusing to tolerate his selfishness any longer.
- Enraged by her defiance, the king attempted to kill Erszi before being killed by Darius.
- His antagonistic role in the short serves to exemplify the virtues of Noxus despite its morally gray nature, and how Noxus can be the lesser evil compared to some of the kingdoms they conquer.
