The Landlord is the main villain from the 2018 horror film The Farm. He is the leader of the Animal Masked People and Andrew, which is the owner of the farm, where they are all working for him, in torturing humans as animals.

He was portrayed by Ken Volok.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]

He is the leader of a cannibalistic cult living on a farm, which aims to capture people and kill them for their meat, presumably to sell it. He uses men for their meat and women for their milk, and all this surely for his business.
He treat his victims like cattle because he subjects them to miserable living conditions by locking them in cages in a barn all naked, feeding them in feeders like animals.
He tricks a couple by welcoming them into his house under a friendly facade, only to have them captured by a Animal Masked and imprison them in a farm.
He get an innocent baby killed for his meat.
He orders a People Animal Masked to kill a woman because she doesn’t produce milk.
He get cook Ashley and Nora like pigs because they tried to escape the farm.
He doesn't ket any comeuppance for his actions, making him a karma houdini.
