Lothar Frey, also known as a Lame Lothar is a minor antagonist in the HBO television series Game of Thrones. He is a son of Lord Walder Frey who helps him in his plans.
he has been portrayed by Tom Brooke in the third season. In the sixth season he was portrayed by Daniel Tuite..
What makes him Hated?[]
- Beside Black Walder Rivers he come to a meeting with Robb Stark to convince him to marry his uncle, Edmure Tully to one of their sisters, Roslyn Frey. The purpose of the arrival is to reassure Rob of suspicion that Walder is organizing a coup against him.
- Helps orchestrate the Red Wedding that dishonored their hospitality and cost the lives of many people.
- He orchestrated the Red Wedding by shocking stabbings of the pregnant Talisa, which kills her and her son and starts the massacre.
