What Makes Her a Hate Sink?

• Maddie was an early supporter of Caitlyn being promoted to Commander, beating her chest in respect.
  • This action also foreshadowed her true nature.
• In Episode 4 of the Second Season, Maddie and Caitlyn are seen having a relationship after Caitlyn broke up with Vi. Due to the relationship between Vi and Caitlyn being iconic in the series, many viewers began to dislike Maddie for this.
• Maddie used her relationship with Caitlyn to manipulate her.
• When Maddie is finally revealed to be a traitor, she knocks Caitlyn out and betrays the other enforcers to Ambessa.
