Mrs Leanne Kettlewell is a minor antagonist from the 1990 live-action film, Child's Play 2, and one of Chucky's victims. She is the teacher at the school where Andy Barclay attends after moving in with the Simpson family.

She was portrayed by Beth Grant.

What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]

When she is first introduced reading the story of Pinocchio to her class, her cheery demeanor is entirely fake as anyone can easily tell at first glance.
She doesn't even give Andy a chance as her new student and singles him out for standing up for himself when he was being bullied by another student sitting behind him.
The minute she sees an obscene remark written on Andy's homework, she immediately assumes that Andy (an eight-year-old boy) would write such a thing and reveals her true colors, excoriating him ruthlessly and placing him in detention while she goes off to phone Phil and Joanne.
She practices disciplinary measures that are so shocking that they were illegal even for public school standards of the late 80's and early 90's. She constantly acts like she is about to smack Andy and repeatedly barks at him to keep his head down. She even locks the classroom door to prevent Andy from escaping, though he finds his way out through the window.
It is implied that she has previously abused other students this way and practiced these measures without the system ever knowing about this.
When she returns to the classroom and hears the closet door rattling, she jumps to the conclusion that Andy is inside fooling around, when she locked the closet door herself with the only key while Andy was outside in his chair. This makes her look inexcusably stupid for an adult.
Her death at the hands of Chucky is not at all played for sympathy and is basically every elementary student's fantasy come true.
