What Makes Them Despicable	Try to murder all the adults in Towa City. Manipulate her "friends" using trauma they have as children, including trauma of sexual abuse. Causing Komaru Naegi to nearly cause a mass murder of children (who had been brainwashed by Monaca) in order to provoke a war between The Future Foundation and the surviving adults.
"Love to hate" factors	Aya Hirano and Cristina Valenzuela's voice performances. She has a few funny moments throughout the series. Her design is somewhat cute. She has a genuinely tragic backstory. She is shown to be highly intelligent, despite being around 10-12 years old. Fans joke about her hair resembling pickles and call her “Pickle Satan” because of this

Monaca Towa is the main antagonist of Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls and a minor antagonist in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak Academy.

She is a follower of Junko Enoshima. At the same time, she also created the Monokumas and helped a lot in that despair spreads throughout the world.

She is voiced by Aya Hirano in the Japanese version and Cristina Vee in the English version.

What Makes Her a Hate Sink?

• She made her so-called friends make a suicide pact with her, although in reality she was not going to commit suicide and was going to let them die, as for her it was a good joke (they were stopped before they did it anyway for Junko, but the intention is what counts)
• She brainwashed a lot of children and made them start killing adults.
• She manipulated her "friends" of hers, using the traumas they had. (For example: with Kotoko, Monaca will use the word "Gentle" from time to time, which made her remember how she was sexually abused years ago. With Nagisa, it made her think that she had high expectations of him, something that made him get the best of him, because of the traumas he had from his parents. Also with Nagisa again, knowing that he had a crush on her, She used that to break him, by kissing him while intimidating him and making him think she was the only one who wanted him, and use it to kill the protagonists.)
• She attempted to get Komaru to break the control that controls the Monokumas, so that all the Monokuma Kids died (brainwashed children). Even though it was really Haiji and the adults that tried to get Komaru to do it.
• Showed Komaru's dead parents as a way to try to break Komaru.
