Mr. Mezmer is a minor antagonist in the 2002 Nickelodeon cartoon “My Life as a Teenage Robot”, appearing in season 1, episode 13, “The Return of Raggedy Android” which premiered in the United Kingdom on December 8, 2002.
He runs (and likely founded) Mezmer's, the diner and teen hotspot that Brad works at, and was one of Jenny’s only friends. However, it would be revealed that Mezmer is very racist towards robots. So Jenny uses the Exo-Skin to make herself look human so she can get in. Even when the space bikers invade and Jenny saves everyone, Mr. Mezmer still doesn’t change his beliefs, leading to everyone turning on him and leaving him, with Brad also quitting his job there.
Why He is Hated?[]
He is racist towards robots and space bikers for no real reason. He would even use threats of violence to solve his problems.
He would rush his employees and treats Brad with no respect or sympathy.
He shows no gratitude to Jenny at all, even after Jenny saves everyone from the Space Bikers, Mr. Mezmer blames her for his diner being destroyed, even though it was the bikers fault, and firmly claims "no robots allowed", showing how ungrateful he is.
This causes Brad quits his job out of loyalty to his friend, along with a jukebox that is revealed to be a robot to leave as well as the other teens, who are actually grateful to Jenny for saving them to leave out of disgust towards his ungratefulness.
When his customers left in disgust for being ungrateful and treating Jenny badly, he showed a greedy side when he begs them to come back for their money.
He lacks no redeeming qualities nor comedic moments whatsoever.
