Mr. Ricci, also referred to as Signor Ricci, is the main antagonist of the Disney/Pixar's Luca Fanfiction How Bad Can a Little Gossip Be?, which was written by Wattpad user Etherealbutterflie.
He is the butcher shop owner who is the father of his unnamed Son.
What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]
- He is an immature butcher who is a wrathful, extremely xenophobic towards sea creatures, even going as far as to attempt to murder Alberto, who is barely a young adult in the story.
- He would also referrs Alberto as a "filthy sea monster".
- Even when Signor Ricci was told by Alberto that it was enough and that the former was destroying his home and scaring his family, he would then say that "[Alberto's family] will be when he was done with him.", showing the extent of his sadism.
- When Luca intervened to try to protect his boyfriend Alberto, Mr Ricci decides to plan to have Luca killed as well even though the latter did nothing wrong to him.
- When Giulia tells Signor Ricci that she will call the cops on him for attempted murder, Ricci would just be cocky and smug when he says that since Alberto punched his son and tells her that he'll plan on beating Alberto would insinuate on beating the latter death for him to rot behind bars. However, before he would attempt to do so, he would be interrupted and stopped by Massimo Marcovaldo.
- Signor Ricci would cowardly make an excuse of Alberto hitting his son being the reason why he destroyed the gate to attempt to kill Luca and Alberto, which is very disproportionate for a small action, with even Massimo even asking if that even justifiable of Signor Ricci of destroying the gate and terrorising Luca and Alberto, who were just teenagers.
- When Alberto did tell Massimo that he hit Ricci's Son, Signor Ricci would be all smug about it for a bit, only for it to drop when Massimo asked him if what Alberto did even justified what Ricci done.
- Even though he did promise to make sure to pay for the damage for the gate and to never mess with Massimo, Giulia, Alberto and Luca ever again, Ricci did show to be a bit reluctant about it before deciding to accept the deal, with the latter also rudely demanding Alberto an apology, even though that Ricci did ask for it when his own son had harassed and bullied Luca. Thankfully, Luca told Ricci that Albert didn't need to apologize, causing Ricci to angrilly leave.
- He also is shown to be a hypocrite:
- He has told Ernesto to fight like a man, only to act cowardly whenever he gets confronted by Massimo Marcovaldo, who is a father of Giulia and a friend of Luca's.
- He was furious when his son was hurt after Alberto punched the former's son, he saw it fine to hurt Luca, who didn't do anything wrong to him and is the son of Lorenzo Paguro, as well as rudely mocking Giulia (who is Massimo Marcovaldo's daughter).
