Dr. Müller is a major antagonist of the Edens Zero anime/manga series. He acts as a flashback antagonist of the Digitalis Arc and the final antagonist of the Foresta Arc. He is a scientist of his research center called the "Müller Royal Research Center." Müller is introduced as a benevolent scientist who pretends to befriend Hermit Mio, while secretly using the latter to build him a weapon. Once Müller gets his weapon, he and his scientists use it to blow up the Machines that are living on planet Hook. After destroying planet Hook, Müller reveals his true nature to Hermit and immediately has her get tortured for his own amusement.

- He pretended to be Hermit's friend, manipulating her to build him and his scientists a powerful weapon to destroy the Machines inhabiting planet Hook.
- Blew up planet Hook with the weapon he and his scientists had built, celebrating as they succeed in their goal of making humanity the supreme species.
- Betrayed Hermit and tortured her as his own personal slave for two years before she was rescued by the Interstellar Union Army.
- During the time he tortured Hermit, he forcefully makes her smile while punching her repeatedly on the face.
- His torture prevented Hermit from trusting humans, believing them to be equally monstrous as him.
- Even when he is arrested by the Interstellar Union Army, he refuses to take any responsibility for his criminal actions.
Aoi Cosmos Saga[]
Foresta arc[]
- Got employed by Ziggy and willingly took part in managing the servers of planet Foresta, so that Ziggy could reward him in using the planet's humans as test subjects.
- Shocked Weisz with electricity and added restraints on Hermit, being prepared to experiment on the latter again.
- Indirectly caused Kleene to suffer PTSD just by being near her.
- Planned on torturing Weisz, upon learning that the latter is the young counterpart of Professor Weisz Steiner.
- During his battle against Weisz, Dr. Müller reveals that has killed off Mr. Rutherford and Mrs. Rutherford out of petty revenge, when they refused to fund his research center because of his unethical experiments.
- After killing Mr. Rutherford and Mrs. Rutherford, he turns Kris Rutherford as one of his guinea pigs with the purpose of turning himself into the supreme O-Tech being.
- In addition, he also made sure that Kleen Rutherford was able to watch her brother, Kris Rutherford, suffer in the torture.
- After killing Mr. Rutherford and Mrs. Rutherford, he turns Kris Rutherford as one of his guinea pigs with the purpose of turning himself into the supreme O-Tech being.
- Wanted to torture Hermit again to see her fearful emotions, before stopping himself and claiming that machines don't have emotions.
- Activated the Doomsday System on planet Foresta to kill everyone on the planet.
- Pathetically begged for Hermit to spare him, while feigning redemption that Weisz, Hermit, and Laguna are able to clearly see.
- While begging for mercy, he tells Hermit that humans are the real monsters, forgetting that he was the only monster who is refusing to accept his mistakes.
- Received a punch by Hermit that fully cements his defeat and is played for satisfaction.
- He whines in a filthy manner from the punch, causing Laguna to be disgusted by his tears.
Universe Zero Saga[]
Edens Zero Reunion arc[]
- Unlike the other villains that had their detestable traits be toned down or have been redeemed, Dr. Müller's personality stays the same just as his previous counterparts and is shown to be more dangerous than before.
- He destroyed Foresta by posing as Xenolith and turning the latter's reputation into a villainous destroyer.
- Stealing Xenolith's powers and turning himself into a more muscular, robotic version of himself so he would be a more competent minion for Over Nu Etherion Void.
- He hijacked thousands of ships to cause chaos around Nero One planet.
- He intends to kidnap Rebecca to use her time power, his gravity power, and 20,000 Anti-Matter bomb to control space and time, but it would only blow up instead due to being in Universe Zero.
- He planned to cut off Rebecca’s legs, which could have traumatized her had Shiki and Shura not arrived in time.
- While he used the gravity power to down anyone, Muller proved to be poorly skilled with Shiki and Shura being more skilled due their training.
- He intends to use the airships to cause damage to Nero One after he can’t handle Shiki’s and Shura’s power.
- When he is on the verge of defeat and his hijacked ships were all destroyed by Oración Seis Interstellar, Muller made one final attempt to escape by use Rebecca’s time power, which included pervertedly licking her legs.
- His defeat’s is ultimately satisfying by the combined efforts of Shiki and Shura, which reduced him to only a head.
