Nastina is the main antagonist of the episode "Tentacool & Tentacruel" of the Pokémon Anime. She is the evil cousin of Brutella.
She's a wealthy hotel owner who would stop at nothing to make her hotel, even if she has to kill innocent Pokémon and destroy their homes. She is also responsible for the cause for the Giant Tentacruel becoming a villain.
What Makes Her A Hate Sink?[]
- She's extremely selfish and greedy.
- She destroyed the Tentacool's home, causing it to become destructive.
- She may appear as affable at first. However, this is revealed to all be a facade.
- She attempted to bribe the heroes with money, food, and free hotel stays to get them to kill the Tentacool.
- She's also implied to have tried to eat Tentacool before.
- Although she claims to be defending the town, her only concern is protecting her hotel, and she even hired Team Rocket to exterminate the Tentacool.
- She caused Team Rocket to accidentally turn one Tentacool into a Tentacruel, leading it to causing mass destruction and with it attempting to wipe out the city.
- She says leave my hotel alone instead of leave my town alone, showing she only cares about her hotel.
- When Tentacruel finally leaves, she immediately attacks it and planned to shove it in a tank and charge admission.
- She calls Misty a brat just for rightfully saying what she's doing is hurting both people and Pokémon.
- While she had many comedic moments including when she gets her comeuppance, her defeats all show how pathetic, bad, or obnoxious that she is.
