A pair of nameless New York Police officers serve as minor antagonists in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency. They are a pair of racist and corrupt cops that antagonize Smokey Brown and are the first antagonists of the part.
They were both voiced in Japanese by Hiroaki Tajiri and by Richard Epcar (who also voiced the Brass Knuckle Gangster in the same part) in the English dub.
What Makes Them Hate Sinks?[]
- They beat up Smokey Brown after he stole Joseph Joestar's wallet, before attempting to extort money out of Smokey by threatening him to give them 20 dollars every week.
- While the overweight cop says that he hates robbers, he along with his partner take away Joseph's wallet for themselves, showing how hypocritical they are.
- After Joseph told the cops that he give the wallet to Smokey as a gift, the overweight cop smugly approaches him, wipes a booger on his face and threatens him by saying they lock him up for lying to them.
- When asked by Joseph why are they doing this, the overweight cop simply replies that they can do whatever they like.
- After his partner is punched in the face by Joseph, the mustache cop attempts to shoot Joseph in response.
- Their defeat by Joseph is played for satisfaction, with Joseph and Smokey getting away without any trouble.
