No Rules Man is a minor antagonist in Regular Show serving as the main antagonist of the episode "House Rules". He's a guy who hates rules.
He was voiced by Roger Craig Smith who also voiced The Night Owl in the same show and Jacob Hopkins in The Owl House.
What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]
- He may have made a place with no rules, but he's really a complete jerk.
- He punched Rigby in the face.
- He punched Mordecai in the face and then stole his wallet, which is theft.
- He allowed the Unicorns to enter his No Rules World.
- He told everyone in the No Rules World, to murder Mordecai and Rigby, all just for demanding him to give Mordecai's wallet back, and warning him about the unicorns.
- When Mordecai and Rigby wanted to leave he rudely said they're lame.
- While he did take Mordecai and Rigby back out it was out of sheer cowardice (As Mordecai threatened to ruin his other eye with a laser pointer), rather than honor.
- Despite his godlike reality manipulating powers, the No Rules Man is still easily defeated after Mordecai and Rigby thin out his army of rule-breakers, tackle him, and make him lead them out of the No Rules World, showing us how much of a utter pathetic weakling he is.
- He returns in "Exit 9B", and he annoys the heroes by spilling water on Skips' Fists of Justice causing them to malfunction and explode, and then taunting Skips, by saying "No rules". but luckily then he receives, his very very well deserved and immensely satisfying death at the hands of Hyperduck, by being shoved in a portable toilet, being shaken in it and then being thrown in it towards a plane, causing it to explode.
