Omokage is the main antagonist of the non-canon film Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge, which was an original character made for the film, making him non-cannon . He was the former member of the Phantom Troupe who was replaced by Hisoka Morow. His Japanese voice actor was Naohito Fujiki and voiced by Joe Zieja in the English dub.

What Makes him a Hate Sink ?[]

He was a member of the Phantom Troupe during the Kurta Clan massacre, and it’s implied that he was the one responsible for Kurpaika’s childhood friend Pairo’s murder, considering he created a nen puppet of him.
He used the Pairo puppet to lure in Kurapika so he could steal his eyes and then continue to torment by making him fight the Pairo doll.
He created an Uvogin and Pakunoda puppet to attack Gon and Killua thus desecrating their deaths and had them attack their friends Machi and Nobunaga showing he has no value of friendship with them, something the rest of the Spiders value.
He used an Illumi puppet to attack Gon and Killua and used it to try and take Killua’s eyes knowing how much Killua fears his older brother. When that fails he takes Gon's eyes instead, this would cause Killua untold grief and nearly lead to a suicide attempt.
It’s later revealed that he killed his younger sister by using his Nen to try and turn her into a puppet but instead he accidentally ripped her eyes out killing her instantly. He then creates a puppet of her and uses her to try and lure out Gon and Killua hoping to collect their eyes. When she begs him to return Gons eyes he refuses showing apathy towards her suffering and guilt. When Gon and the other call him out on the pain he’s putting to his sister though he ignores them and continues to try and kill them.
