Phlegmy Boy, known as Bernard, is the Main Antagonist of the Back at the Barnyard Episode "Snotty and Snottier".

He is the Cousin of Snotty Boy, in ehich Bernard would always hurt Snotty Boy when he was little, which was one of the factors that led Snotty into becoming a mean bully himself.

He is Voiced by Rob Paulson.

What Makes him a Hate Sink?

• He beat up Snotty Boy when he was a little kid.
• He drops the Small Clock Tower on snotty boy.
• He Take out Snotty Boy’s nose off for not admitting that he’s a “dirty pilgrim”, with Phlegmy laughing at him while taking his nose.
• When Snotty Boy still refuses to admit that he’s a "dirty pilgrim", he beats him up and yells at him to admit it.
• He lies to Nora that Snotty Boy made a mess and tells her that he’s such a "dirty pilgrim".
• When Snotty Boy threatens to tell on him, he hits him in the chin with the table.
• He sprayed juice on Snotty Boy when he was told that the camp of his was closed down.
• When Nora leaves, he tells Snotty Boy that is playtime, meaning that Phlegmy Boy was planning to hurt him.
• While Snotty boy was running away from him, he mocked him.
• He is the main reason why Snotty Boy became a mean bully himself in the first place.
