The unnamed Pokémon Hunter is the main antagonist of the Pokémon X and Y the series episode "A Fork in the Road! A Parting of the Ways!"
He's a cruel poacher who's wiling to hurt people and Pokémon.
What Makes Him A Hate Sink?[]
- He's a heartless and inhuman poacher, who is wiling to commit anything just to get his greedy hands on money, no matter how horrible the act is.
- He poaches Pokémon and sells them for profit, which is completely illegal in-universe, as the Pokémon are protected.
- He injured several Pokémon with his traps.
- He's even willing to steal other trainer's Pokémon to sell them as he stole Team Rocket's Pokémon including Meowth.
- Unlike most Pokémon hunters who have some comedic moments or Evil is Cool moments he has absolutely none.
- He attempted to murder Ash, Serena, Bonnie (the three of which were just children), Jessie and James, when they tried to get their Pokemon back.
- He eventually gets arrested by the police, which is well deserved and played for complete and utter satisfaction, stress relief, and wish fulfillment.
