Minuette: From what Sherlock Hooves told me while I was purging that rat from this world, not only did she oversee the court case, but she also openly accused Twilight of the murders while she was on the bench. [Luna becomes nervous] Minuette: Princess Luna, in doing that you broke two laws. For starters, Equestrian court law forbids the judge from personally knowing the defendant and also judges must be impartial, which from what I was told you were not. [Before Luna could say anything, Celestia flares up her horn in rage.] Celestia: You took her from me, you illegally took her from me! You knew this, you knew all this but still, you took her away from me! [Luna, who looks in shock and fear. Minuette turns to Luna.] Minuette: Tell your sister about how you always worked with Hooves to get convictions. Tell her how you paid him to falsify evidence, evidence in that bank robbery case. (...) To be honest, I wouldn't be one bit surprised if you did that with Twilight too. [Celestia becomes furious as she strikes at Luna with her energy.] Celestia: YOU MONSTER! YOU CONVINCED HOOVES TO FALSIFY EVIDENCE SO YOU COULD KILL MY STUDENT! SO YOU COULD KILL TWILIGHT! Luna: But sister! Everypony thought she killed them. They saw her destroy Cheerilee, this had to be done. Celestia: Luna, that does not matter. As far as I'm concerned, I have no sister. Now go. I have no desire to even look at you. |

Princess Luna is a secondary antagonist of the sequel of Scarlet Harvest's (a sequel for "Cheerilee's Garden") Fan-Made Threequel "Justice is Served", which was written be StormLuna (who also written Cozy Glow's Parents from Saving Cozy).
She is a corrupt monarch in Equestria who was responsible of mishandling court cases and abused power within the court as a way to have Twilight Sparkle wrongfully sentenced to death for crimes that Cheerilee did, in which led to Twilight Sparkle's suicide within "Scarlet Harvest". She is also the sister of Princess Celestia.
What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]
- Princess Luna had put Cheerilee (the main antagonist who was infamous for murdering fifteen ponies within "Cheerilee's Garden" and "Scarlet Harvest" altogether) in a fancy casket that the latter did not deserve, in which Minuette saw it as Princess Luna having done it to spite Twilight Sparkle.
- As from the previous events of "Scarlet Harvest", Luna has convicted Twilight Sparkle for not being able to handle her responsibilities in Ponyville despite not having the Ace Attorney dealing with the court trial properly, making Luna a hypocrite.
- Like her original, Cheerilee's Garden fanfiction counterpart, she was also responsible of driving Twilight to further despair to the point of suicide. She also refused to let Twilight tell her side and instead decides to assume that Twilight was a cold-blooded criminal as if it were a fact.
- It was also mentioned that a stallion got accused of a bank robbery, with the judge being at the scene of the crime. However, Luna would allow the Defense Attorney to lie by having them say that none of the bits found in his home had any serial numbers that matched those that were reported and stolen as due to said Attorney having access to the same evidence that the prosecution does.
- Since Princess Luna knew Twilight personally and was not impartial, this could've disqualified her automatically from overseeing the court case. But since Luna did so anyway, this makes her responsible of having broken two rules of Equestrian code, in which Equestrian court of law forbids judges from personally knowing the defendant and must be impartial. This also makes Princess Luna a backstabber to Twilight and abusing her use of power as she rigged up the latter's court case just to have Twilight unjustly executed for crimes she didn't commit.
- Princess Celestia has also convicted Twilight of being guilty and made up lies and using false evidence to frame Twilight just because she believes that Twilight was guilty, even though Twilight would never kill her own friends nor any school foals (who are children).
- She also gave a false promise to pay Sherlock Whooves as a way to bribe him into making up lies and fake evidence for court cases just to have ponies who were convicts of said trials framed, even though not all of them were guilty.
- Princess Luna also tried to not listen to Minuette about why she revived Cheerilee to properly give the latter a proper execution and punishment. Even though resurrection was rather frowned upon and was considered illegal in Equestria, it was the only way that Minuette can properly bring justice to Equestria and punish the real murderer, who is none other than Cheerilee, as well as to revive all the innocent lives of the ponies that Cheerilee took from.
- When Celestia was told by Minuette that Luna breaking the Equestrian Court Laws and that she convinced Sherlock Hooves to falsify evidence to have Twilight killed, Princess Luna would cowardly say that it had to be done as everypony thought that Twilight killed Cheerilee's victims after Princess Celestia gets angry, only for the latter to disown Princess Luna as her sister and telling Luna to go to her room as she couldn't even bear look at her after what she had done.
- Even though it has been mentioned that Luna had been banished and stuck on the moon for a thousand years in "Cheerilee's Garden", this does not excuse any of her actions as she had Twilight unrightfully executed for a crime she didn't commit, despite Twilight and the Main Six having saved her.
- Even though she would give Twilight Sparkle a complete and absolute pardon after being proved that Twilight Sparkle was innocent and that Cheerilee was guilty, Luna still refuses to believe that she has done anything wrong, showing that Luna has not learned anything from her actions and leading to Princess Celestia to send Princess Luna to her room.
Trivia[]
- She, aside from Cheerilee, are the only characters in the "Justice is Served" FanFiction to be considered as Hate Sinks.
- Despite being another version of Princess Luna who was adapted from a Fan-Sequel that takes place after "Scarlet Harvest", she is still preserves her place as a Hate Sink.
- Sherlock Hooves, the person who helped her have Twilight Sparkle get unjustfully executed, is not approved as a Hate Sink as Sherlock Hooves, despite being an incompetant coward, is considered as a scapegoat, has realized his wrongdoings (unlike Luna), and was willing to help Minuette, only to be murdered by the latter after she saw him as absolute.
- Like her Scarlet Harvest counterpart, her original counterpart is in the Love Exalted wiki.
