Queen Ingrith is the main antagonist of the 2019 Disney fantasy film Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.

She was played by Michelle Pfeiffer.

What Makes Her a Hate Sink?[]

Unlike her husband King John who wanted the humans and Moors to make the passes and not go into a war, Queen Ingrith wanted to wipe out the Moors and cause a war between the two kingdoms.
She captured a pixie named Lickspittle and cut off his wings so he would be forced to create a weapon that could kill the Moors easily.
She said she would consider Aurora her daughter just to annoy Maleficent.
While Maleficent tried to calm down, Ingrith cursed her own husband and blamed her.
She cowardly pushed Aurora down to distract Maleficent (who was revived by her Phoenix powers) and tried to flee, which is foiled by Borra.
Although she mentioned to Aurora what her actions were for her brother's death, she only used her "tragedy" to justify her actions.
She tested her new anti-magic weapon in a innocent pixie, turning it into an ordinary dandelion and sadistically blew it.
She intended to have her husband turned into an eternal sleep.
She even considered most of the men in her life to be nothing but "weak", due to being too trusted to the fairies.
