Rachel (라헬, Lahel/Rahel; "Rachel"), also known as Michelle Light (미쉘 라이트, Misuel Raiteu; "Michelle Light"), is an antagonist of Tower of God.
She is an Irregular who was Baam's best/only friend as she was the only one to visit him in his "cave".
She longs to see the stars which is one of the fabled rewards waiting at the top of the Tower, because she "fears the Night".
What Makes Her A Hate Sink?[]
- Rachel was shown to be selfish and self-centered individual who is willing to do whatever she can just to achive her goal, even if it means hurting others or her friends.
- She was also mentioned to be jealous of Bam's abilities and his popularity among the others in the series.
- Her actions throughout the series have been largely motivated by her willing and desire.
- She betrayed Bam and pushed him off the tower after he helped her reach the tower.
- her goal, and even after all he did for her, for the petty reason of jealousy.
- This betrayal has caused many fans to dislike her.
- As her jealousy and motivations does not excuse her actions whatsoever.
- She is willing to even use others as stairs to reach the tower
- After all this she's a traitor at the end who cares for nobody but herself.
- She's doesn't even fight and steals others stuff.
- On top of that, it is hinted that she gets worse in season 2.
