Reiner is a minor antagonist in the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series.
What Makes Him Despicable?[]
- Even before his fall from grace he still wasn't nice man as he was seen above himself and always think he is above everyone else due to the frame getting to his head.
- He would aid Prince Errick in his scheme of ruining Rimuru Tempest of having to have the Jura-Tempest Federation joining the Western Nation
- During a meeting, he would attempt to make advances on the Crusader Captain of the Western Holy Church wanting her to he his mistress/cucubine to make it more disgusting.
- During the meet, he would attempt to challenge Hinata Sakaguchi thinking she is weak and her title is just for show out of his sheer ego.
- To no one's surprise he easily got curbstomped by her and while his defeat by her where he wet himself is comedic it played for karma. He would be arrested and have his title stripped.
- After breaking out by Vega, and after becoming a Demonoid, he would attempt to seek revenge on Hinata Sakaguchi where he attempted to brtually torture her and get her to beg for mercy to sate his ego. He only got annoyed when she was still pulling through and not beg like he wanted her to do.
- It is also implied he intended to rape her as the Light Novel state on his mind "There's another sort of fun waiting for him" to make him worse.
- His defeat by Hinata Sakaguchi would played for satisfaction and while Vega did painfully turn him into a Evil Dragon Beast, it doesn't make him a scapegoat since he brought it upon himself.
- While his death by Hinata Sakaguchi was done so she can end his suffering it wasn't out of sympathy or remorse but rather out of sheer pity.

- To show off how loathsome he is, he is a Hate Sink and Pathetic Pinhead while Hinata Sakaguchi is the opposite of him as she is a Love Exalted & Magnificent Baddie.
