Saint Rosward is a member of the Celestial Dragons. Like the rest of the Celestial Dragons he owns slaves and sees himself as superior to groups of people in the world. He is the father of Saint Charlos and Saint Shalria. He is an antagonist in Saboady Archipelago Arc and an antagonist in the Levely Arc in the One Piece anime and manga series.
What Makes Him Hated?[]
- Like most Celestial Dragons, he owns slaves and views them as tools. He is also a supremacist that believes that he is supreme to other groups of people in the world since his ancestors played a role in forming the world as it is in the present.
- He does not mind that his daughter, Shalria, kicks and shoots Devil Dias in front of him. He also does not mind hearing Shalria speak about wanting a new slave.
- After Luffy hits Charlos, Rosward tries to shoot and kill Luffy while proclaiming how he is part of the Celestial Dragons.
- At the slave auction, he shows content with participating in a slave auction to buy new slaves.
- He mocks Myosgard for his humanity after he found out that Charlos was attacked by him. He then rants about how a Celestial Dragon who does not own a slave is a crazy while speaking badly about Homing and the Donquixote family.
- He is seen riding on top of Bartholomew Kuma as his slave after telling Charlos that he is renting him.
