Seungah Yoon is the titular deuteragonist-turned-central antagonist of the Random Chat webtoon series. She is a high schooler who uses her victim complex to ruin Joonwoo's life.

- Only affiliates herself with popular people and dismisses others like most other characters.
- Despite having a tragic life of coming from an abusive family, she uses this fact to justify herself as a victim to hurt others.
- Thinks Joonwoo is stalking her and tells her Random Chatting partner he is a creep, not knowing it is Joonwoo she's texting.
- Despite falling in love with her Random Chatting partner, after realizing it is Joonwoo, unlike the perfect Mr. Charming she imagined, she victimizes herself and makes Joonwoo out to be a perverted stalker despite Joonwoo having always been there for her.
- Manipulates several people into feeling sorry for her so they can gang up on and bully Joonwoo.
- Tries to gather the names of Joonwoo's allies so she can target them.
- Once Joonwoo finally exposes her for the fraud she is, she asks him to take it down, though with no apology or remorse for her actions, just hypocritically stating how much she is suffering without thinking of how much she made Joonwoo suffer.
- Tries to get Joonwoo to comfort her long after she ruined his other relationships with rumors.
