What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- He is a dirty cop who abuses his authority to bully others and arrest whoever he wants. He does this to Peter, Quagmire, Joe and Cleveland by pulling them over for no reason, asking for Joe's badge then throwing it away, breaking the car's headlight, throwing and then arresting them for possessing of drugs. It is worse because they were trying to be reasonable with him the entire time.
- He is a clear-cut xenophobic confederate who targets innocent black people for no reason, even having sent dozens to a labor camp where The Warden abuses his authority and gives the prisoners unfair extensions with or without court orders, some being stuck for decades.
- He is insensitive towards cripples as well since he ignores Joe when he is crying after falling out of his wheelchair and then tells another guard to ignore him because it would mean he'd have to help him.
- He tries to kill Peter and his friends when they escape from prison, even following them all the way to Quahog.
- His failure to arrest the group is played with satisfaction as he is reduced to a loser and gets clearance from Joe on his bad ways including being shot in the leg by the latter as well as giving him a serious speech about being police officer to rightfully uphold the law not to harass or douche.
