Sora's Parents the minor antagonists in Season 1 of the LEGO Ninjago: Dragons Rising TV series. They are Imperium citizens and the former villain parents of Ana aka Sora.

Sora's Father is voiced by Jason Simpson and Sora's Mother is voiced by Kathleen Barr.

What Makes Them Hate Sinks?

• They neglected their daughter because of her prodigal mind.
• After Ana instantly grew attached to Zanth, who was a dragon powering the city, She refused to work for Dr. LaRow and the Claws of Imperium's plan to capture more dragons. Dr. LaRow informed them and that they were disappointed in Ana.
• They abused Ana and locked the latter in her room like a prison cell while serving her food like a prisoner, going as far as not letting her out of her room, except for school.
• They confiscated Ana's inventions and work bench, demanding she finds a new interest if she won't use her talents to help Imperium, In retaliation, Ana gets rid of anything related to Dr. LaRow in her room.
  • While in her room, the Merge ourred, soon after Ana discovered Ninjago city in the distance. She decided to run away from home, she takes her headphones, a few possessions, and changes her name to "Sora" which comes from the ancient Imperium word for "Orphan", as for her parents, they believe she abandoned them and didn't care to go look for her.
• After Beatrix got exposed by the Ninja, They found Ana and demand her to come with them instead of helping out the Ninja.
• Ana angrily pointed out that the video that she broadcasted is actual proof that Beatrix is truly evil and that she is destroying everything, Ana's mother tell her that she should trust the empress and that They refuse to believe the truth about Beatrix's true evil nature, even when Ana angrily pointed out that the video that she broadcasted is actual proof that Beatrix is truly evil and that everyone else in Imperium have understood the truth, Ana's father angrily refuses to accept this by claiming that the video is a fake, implying that they are still loyal to Beatrix despite the latter using the Mergequake weapon to have innocent citizens into being sucked into the rifts while laughing psychotically at the destruction she causes.
  • This causes Ana to refuse to go with them, telling them that she didn't abandon them, but they abandoned her, even after everything they did to Ana for their egotism, they refuse to listen to Ana, telling the latter that she is young and naive while demanding her to come with them as they were her family, Ana rightfully disowns them as her parents and rightfully proclaimed her friends: the Ninja as her new and true family before achieving her True Potential right in front of her parents, shocking the two as they ask Ana that she has elemental powers, Ana replies she does while abandoning her real birth name: "Ana" in favor of her current name: "Sora", as the latter uses her tech powers to disassemble the Mergequake weapon, destroying the fourth Dragon Core, allowing Arin to send Beatrix into a MergeQuake rift in the process as payback for sending Riyu through one earlier.
• Their relationship with each other isn't explored much, so it's not clear if it is even genuine.
• After the MergeQuake Storm subsided, they both solemnly look at a photo of happier times between them and their daughter, showing that they cared for her to some degree and were immensely saddened that she disowned them due to their neglect and egotism when Sora was younger, though it is unknown if they acknowledged that it was their fault.
