"Love to hate" factors	He wanted to clean Japan from criminals, and he was shocked when he found out that Bleach Japan was a front for the Omi Alliance. However his bully behaviour and his massive hypocrisy doesn't give him any sympathy

Sota Kume is a secondary antagonist in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. He's a politician who is candidated with Bleach Japan, in Yokohama, hoping to clean out the gray zones(morally questionable activities, who are tolerated from the law, like soaplands) from Japan.He's also a blind follower of the former Bleach Japan president, and now Governor of Tokyo, Ryo Aoki

What Makes him despicable?

• Sends some hooligans to Hanako's "resataurant", to intimidate her, with the excuse of having found them hungry, knowing that she can't give them a meal
• Despite claiming to be a model citizen,during his protests, he stops in front of the brothel, Otohime Land, despite it's not permitted to stop during organized processions, showing his hypocrisy.
• Afthe the death of the owner of Otohime Land, Isao Nonomiya, he mocks his death in front of Ichiban and his friends, claiming that he feels like when he does spring cleaning, earning a slap from Saeko and a punch from Ichiban. He later starts a fight, with his followers, who were already armed with baseball bats. After their defeat, he cowardly escapes
• After the Omi and Bleach Japan assaults the Geomijul base, he attacks them again. He also shows to be a misogynist, by calling Saeko a whore.
• After Ichiban candidates for the presidency of Kanagawa district, he looks down on him, noticing his criminal record, despite Ichiban has already spent his time in prison. After Ichiban shows him the flaws of his ideas, instead of shaking hands with him, as protocol, he runs away.
• While he wins the elections, it's only for Ryo Aoki's charisma. Even Aoki doesn't like him and views him as a fool, who's only useful for reinforce his political strength.
• Kills Aoki, after his corruption was exposed, second after his redemption.
• He got what he deserves when he was imprisoned off-screen.
