Terry Lizer is a minor antagonist in Big Mouth. He is the drama teacher at Bridgeton Middle School, who sexually harasses his female students. He was prominent in the first two seasons of the show as a minor character, but in Season 3, he made his final appearance in "Disclosure the Movie: The Musical!", when he was busted and fired from his job.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- Despite acting like an educated liberal, this is all a facade to cover up his true self.
- Is rude to Coach Steve.
- In "Girls Are Horny Too", makes a sexual comment on Jessi's red bra, which causes her to rush to the bathroom and cry.
- In "What Is It About Boobs?", Gets entranced by Gina's boobs like all the students.
- In "Girls are Angry Too", he enforces a sexual dress code on the female students, finding them too "distracting."
- In "The ASSes", he rudely curses Jessi under his breath, hoping she will "wake up deaf and blind."
- In "Disclosure the Movie: The Musical!", Mr. Lizer organized a school play and turned it into a misogynistic mouthpiece for him to spread his sexist rhetoric, where he claimed that men were always being harassed by women when he hypocritically sexually harassed much younger women. His play included many racist, sexist, homophobic, and bigoted stereotypes such as:
- Not letting Matthew be the romantic lead due to being gay.
- Has Gina's Mexican character, as Senorita Clean Lady whose only line is "Yes, Mr. Michael Douglass."
- Has Ali's character get slapped on the ass then apologize like if nothing.
- In the same episode, he has Lola act as his assistant for a play and makes her give him massages in a perverted manner, making Lola uncomfortable. This has nothing to do with the play and he only does it for his own pleasure. When he gets caught by Andrew, he psychologically abuses Lola and makes her feel that she was in the wrong.
- Feels angered that an "8th grader with hot leg hair" would make accusations against him and justifies it as a compliment.
- Complains gets mad that he didn't receive a blowjob from Lola in front of an audience.
- Him falling down a trap door and getting his dick split open was cruel but well-deserved.
Trivia[]
- In the first two seasons, none of his pedophilic behaviors are shown, making him a Hidden Hate Sink.
