Looks like Redd White has blackmailed this character with information that they are not a hate sink! The information reads:
They suffer from Insufficient Characterization and their only hateable characteristic is being neglectful siblings. Outside of that the only reasons listed here are about heinousness rather than personality.

The Archivists are 4 of the 5 overarching antagonists of The Owl House.

They're the neglectful and abusive siblings of The Collector.

They're the ones who wiped out the Titans alongside The Grand Huntsman and Bill The Elder.

What Makes Them Hate Sinks?[]

They were neglectful siblings to The Collector who abandoned him.
They wiped out many beings from many planets.
They wiped out the Titans that The Collector played with among many others.
They alongside The Grand Huntsman are responsible for Bill The Elder becoming a Titan Trapper.
They lied to The Collector and allowed him to be trapped by The Titan.
They collected many beings from different planets which is a fate worse than death.
Unlike other Hate Sinks in The Owl House such as Odalia Blight who has some charisma, Jacob Hopkins who had comedic moments, and Kikimora who at least had some sympathetic moments before subverting them, they have none of that mostly because they didn't have much screen time.
Overall, alongside Bria and Bill The Elder they're the most loathsome characters in The Owl House.
