The Predaplant-Titan is one of the main antagonists of the Reaperverse of My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Spring Breakdown.
He is the former leader of the Predaplants race from the Everfree Forest, who abandoned his kind to pursue the path of a mercenary who would gain endless wealth and become the greatest and richest being in the world. He also allied himself with the Wight Lord to carry out his campaign to exterminate all life in Equestria, hoping to receive a huge reward that would make him happy and quench his thirst for gold.
What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- Although he was once supposedly considered the honorary ruler of his race, the Predaplants, not only has this never been confirmed by the Predaplant-Titan himself, but even if it were true, he completely negates this claim by his renunciation of his own race for the sake of selfish gain, as well as his attempt to exterminate all life in Equestria for the sake of acquiring riches for his murder.
- What makes his crimes even worse is that he was directly willing to commit genocide against his own species, which until the end held him in high regard and was completely unaware of his true motivations and nature, for the sake of gold and a selfish sense of superiority over those weaker than himself. And although, for example, the same Ovaar personally committed genocide of his entire species with several times fewer resources, the Predaplant-Titan still manages to stand out with its attempt to destroy far more races throughout Equestria in four different ways, while the Amphibian Ripper tried to do almost the same thing, but limited itself to only one method.
- He abandoned his own race when he realized that existing with them, given his intelligence and abilities, limited his superiority over those weaker than himself. He chose to dedicate his life to becoming the richest being in the world, choosing instead to kill other beings for a reward. Although he left his second-in-command, the Predaplant-Colossus, in charge, he did so out of the arrogant conviction that under his right-hand man, his race would soon die out for various reasons, considering this scenario more beneficial to him, as he did not want to burden himself with belonging to such a savage and weak race as the Predaplants.
- For several years, he made his living by killing countless creatures across Equestria. His victims also included the zebra race, who were forced to migrate from Equestria to away lands, whom he also sought to exterminate for their distinct coloration and their alien nature, demonstrating his overt racism toward all races in Equestria due to their differences from his own superiority in everything, which further makes his xenophobia frankly ridiculous and compounded by a selfish, infantile urge to elevate himself above all living beings, assuming a superiority he essentially held little in comparison to the other races of Equestria.
- About a year before the events of My Little Pony: The Movie, he accidentally transported to Blood Island through a portal, whereupon he began killing the local fauna, occasionally killing random humans who somehow found themselves on the island. While it could be argued that he did this out of a sense of survival, as his species was known for its hunger, the Predaplant-Titan was able to calmly transcend his race's instinctive urges, killing or eating for pure pleasure rather than any sense of satiation. Although by the time of My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Spring Breakdown, he had become partially insane due to a lack of food, this had absolutely no effect on his moral agency, but rather strengthened his motivation to continue pursuing his cherished dream, initially maintaining a clear mind and the rationality of his every action.
- After the Wight Lord found himself on Blood Island, he allied with Urzash in his campaign to build Storm Nemesis and destroy all of Equestria and all life within it. While it could be argued that he did this out of genuine loyalty to Urzash, as at one point he literally begged the Wight Lord to take him to Equestria to atone for his failed mission to assassinate Rainbow Dash, Sunset Shimmer, the Reaper of Worlds, and Sci-Twi, in practice, none of his actions were motivated by loyalty to Urzash, as his only priority to the very end was his lust for gold and his motivation for destroying the Crystal Empire as an affront to his notion of true riches, which he so desperately sought to obtain by killing all life in Equestria.
- He directly declared to Princesses Celestia, Cadance, Luna, and Twilight his intention to destroy the entire Crystal Empire, because he believed the very concept of the value of crystals, which he believed the Crystal Empire supposedly brought to all of Equestria, insulted the very foundation of the world's wealth, which he considered only gold, which he believed was more valuable than any lives or any other riches in the world. While it can be argued that he upholds the value of the goods of sentient beings to some extent, in reality, his entire motivation is indescribably petty and frankly illogical, built purely on his selfish thirst for profit from the destruction of life throughout Equestria, and on his sadistic bloodlust, which he seeks to somehow justify, if only so that his goal makes sense in the eyes of others.
- He sadistically described to Princess Cadance how cruel the death of every single person in the Crystal Empire would be, at one point going so far as to sadistically beg her permission to kill Flurry Heart, bluntly stating that her death would be of utter insignificance to all of Equestria, calling her a mudblood alicorn because she was the product of an alicorn-unicorn union, not a fully-born alicorn. And while this last point was made only to further anger Cadance out of his own sadism at her helplessness in the current situation, this moment nevertheless demonstrates once again the Predaplant-Titan's pronounced racist hatred of all races in Equestria for the most insignificant differences, always elevating himself above all others and viewing all lives as bargaining chips for which he could receive a huge reward.
- He mass-frozen half of the entire Crystal Empire, turning its population into pure ice and destroying it so that no one could bring them back to life.
- At one point during the battle, he arrogantly demanded that Cadance stop fighting and stand aside while he destroyed the entire Crystal Empire, citing his own laziness in wasting his time fighting such a weak and insignificant opponent as her.
- He nearly froze Flurry Heart to death after he held her hostage and threatened her life out of petty spite for constantly being distracted by his battle with Princess Cadance instead of his plan to destroy the Crystal Empire, which he hoped would net him mountains of gold.

- His original counterpart from My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Spring Breakdown can't be classified as a Hate Sink due to a number of "Evil is cool" moments, as well as the fact that despite his intelligence, he lacks not enough characteristics, which somewhat limits his understanding of the heinousness of his crimes.
- He is the only representative of the Predaplants in the My Little Pony Reaperverse who is a Hate Sink.
- He is also the only Predaplant in the entire My Little Pony fandom who is a Hate Sink.
