The Waif is a recurring character from A Song Of Ice And Fire and the series Game of Thrones. Her true name is unknown She is a priestess of the Many-Faced God in the House of Black and White under Jaqen H'ghar. she trained Arya Stark to was assassin.
she was portrayed by Faye Marsay.
What makes her Hated?[]
- From the first moment she was extremely hostile to Arya Stark and tried to slow down her steps in the temple.
- She played the truth game with her and beat her harshly for every mistake.
- Helped Jaqen spy on her and inform on her murdering Meryn Trent.
- She grabs her so that Jaquen can poison her.
- She spies on her after being assigned to assassinate Lady Crane.
- She asks Jaqen to kill her when she fails.
- She stabs Arya several times in the stomach while disguised as an old woman.
- She brutally murders Lady Crane.
- She ran around the city trying to catch the wounded lion in order to kill it, though in the end she herself was defeated.
