What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- Even before the events of The Coincidental Reunion, Tom was known to abuse Beverly, who he was dating at the time.
- However, he would be known to give her whuppins, causing Beverly to eventually leave him. Furthermore, Tom doesn't take any responsibility for his abuse.

- Killed Ben Hanscom for what seems to be no reason at all.
- Threw 2 Molotov cocktails at the van that the remaining members of The Losers Club were in, as well as his own house. This indirectly causes Richie Tozier to get blamed for the two fires.
- Used the money from his murder victims's credit cards to buy a high-rise building.
- Killed James Malkins, who was his contact for Canadian-American deliveries across the border.
- Unleashed a resurrected and brainwashed Stan Uris onto Bill Denbrough in an attempt to have him killed.
- Injured Bill Denbrough by shooting him in the right shoulder so that he could not call Mike Hanlon and tell him what's going on.
