THERE IS NO PAGE! THAT'S WHY I STEPPED IN!
The High Evolutionary is going to raze it all and start all over if you don't help out expanding this stub. Click here to add more.
NOTE: This page only refers to Topaz's IPC Personnels in Trailblaze Continuance: Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream, not the Topaz's Fan Club in Aetherium Wars event.

Team Leader: It doesn't matter. The Strategic Investment Department has no obligation to talk to anyone not related to this project! In cases where debtors fail to repay within the set time frame, the IPC reserves the right to skip negotiations and take over all assets. We're simply following the rules — what exactly is your problem?
March 7th: Y'know, it's funny how the "rules" always seem to work in your favor, don't you think? This world's been hanging by a thread and now you're here to pull the plug on it!
Team Leader: Hmph, don't blame me, I'm simply following orders. Do you think I get to make those kinds of decisions?
Seele: Save your breath, March. I never held out any hope of resolving this problem peacefully. Didn't you claim the IPC was all-powerful? Well now's the perfect chance to show us what you can do!
Team Leader: Ugh, if I knew things were going to get this heated, I'd have applied for overtime... Ahem... Anyway! Since you seem intent on settling this matter with violence, prepare yourselves for my heavy laser cannon!

Topaz's IPC Henchmen are the supporting antagonists in turn-based role-playing video game Honkai Star Rail. They were an organized team of Interastral Peace Corporation mook supposedly under Topaz's directive orders. They forcibly drive off the Belobog locals from their homes to seize the great mine of Belobog sub-surface in order to get their salary for the year-end bonus. Their leader takes an appearance of the IPC Senior Staff.

Their voice actors are unknown.

What Makes Them Hate-Sinks?[]

  • They forcibly drive off locals from their home in attempt to take over the Great Mine of Belobog Subsurface to earn year-end salary. While both Topaz's team personnels and Jarilo-VI people were devoted to Qlipoth, Aeon of Preservation, the team personnels were perceived to be needlessly cruel, while Topaz was still finding an alternate solution.
  • When the Trailblazer, March 7th, and Seele confront the team leader, the team leader answered that they just following orders. After being defeated, the nervous subordinate received an order from Topaz that disrupting the lives of locals during asset evaluation period will cause them receiving year-end salary 60% reduction, making the team leader reckless in comparison.
  • Himeko reveals that the reason for IPC taking over Belobog is for the city's survival due to sharing their beliefs in Qlipoth, Aeon of Preservation. However, it still doesn't absolve Topaz's IPC personnels recklessly endangering locals whatsoever, with them have to rewarded with a reduced employee wage.
