William Lewis, born Lewis Williams, is the main antagonist of the crime series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

He is the main antagonist in the episodes "Her Negotiation", "Surrender Benson", "Psycho/Therapist" and "Beast's Obsession", a posthumous antagonist in "American Tragedy" and "Wednesday's Child", & the overreaching antagonist in "Post-Mortem Blues. He was famous on SVU for being the archenemy of main protagonist Olivia Benson. He is played by Pablo Schreiber, who also voiced Patrick Bateman in the Audiobook for American Psycho.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]

When he was young, he witnessed his babysitter get raped and never tried to save her, even proudly saying that it was one of the best childhood memories he has.
He went from state to state, raping women. He even raped and murdered the mother of his girlfriend, showing he has no care for his lover.
He kidnapped and locked up Olivia Benson and tried to kill her when she attempted to stop him.
He abducted a woman and her daughter and even expressed excitement to rape the daughter.
He inspired to people to commit mass murder and rape, the one is a male that raped a 16-year-old and killed 4 police officers, and the other being a female that raped a 12-year-old and injured 6 police officers.
His beatdown at the hands of Olivia Benson, while brutal, is played for karmic satisfaction.
He felt absolutely NO remorse for his actions.
